"I have been with State Farm with this agent for more than 15 years. After my conversation today with a gentleman in this office, I will never recommend this office to anyone. Edit to respond to owner comment - The reason I will never do business with your office again has nothing to do with times being tough. It is because the gentleman in your office was rude and condescending to me, multiple times. I had to ask him to change his tone more than once as I was only calling to help resolve my situation. The lack of civility and customer service is what cost you a long-time customer."

"We‘ve been with Welby as long as we‘ve been in Indiana, 12 years. I don’t see any reason for changing things now. The staff there are wonderful. First rate service from your first visit, to your latest, always competent, caring, and Professional. We have everything insured (Auto, Home, etc.) with Welby Edwards State Farm, and I sleep better for it. The few times that we’ve had to file a claim, Welby’s people are practically apologetic for having to bother you with their questions. First rate, and besides, take a look at how Welby Edwards presents himself. I call him Mr. GQ! I consider Welby as a personal friend, and my credit rating goes up ten points, just standing next to him! I wholeheartedly recommend this professional to anyone looking for a long term relationship, with someone who has your back!"
